Tufline 3 Pt. Disc Harrow

TME Series – 20-35 Horsepower Rating Designed for 20 to 35 horsepower tractors, these models have 3″ X 2″ heavy duty tube and 3″ channel frames with friction or flange mounted ball bearings. They have a Category 1 hitch and are quick hitch compatible. The gangs have a 1″ square hi-strength axles. All units have adjustable gang angles. The units have 7 1/2″ blade spacing with 18″ notched blades standard.

TH Series – 35-55 Horsepower Rating Designed for 35 to 55 horsepower tractors, the TH Series are built of 3″ heavy duty square tube and offer flangette or pillow block ball bearings. They have a Category 1 & 2 hitch and are quick hitch compatible. The gangs have 1 1/8″ square hi strength axles. Each unit is equiped with lever controlled adjustable gang angles. The units have 7 1/2″, blade spacing with 18″ notched blades standard.

T4 Series – 50-80 Horsepower Rating Designed for 50 to 80 horsepower tractors, these units are built of 4″ high yield square tube and feature triple sealed ball bearings. The T4X series is equipped with a special heavy duty Category 2/3 hitch that is quick hitch compatible. The gangs have 1 1/8″ square high strength axles with heavy tube gang hangers. Each unit is equipped with adjustable gang angles. The units have 9″ blade spacing with 22″ notched blades standard.

Tufline Pull Type Disc Harrow

TW5 Series – 8″ – 96″ – 35-65 Horsepower Rating Tufline’s TW5 Series Tandem Wheel Disc are designed for 35 to 65 horsepower tractors. The mainframe is constructed of heavy duty 3″ square tube with tube type gang hangers. The gangs have a 1 1/8″ square hi-strength axles with triple sealed ball bearings. All units have a front to rear leveling system and depth control. Safety chain and mounted tongue jack are standard. The units have 9″ blade spacing with 22″ notched blades standard. Hydraulic cylinders, hoses, and tires are standard equipment.

TW5 Series – 10’6″- 50-85 Horsepower Rating Designed for 50 to 85 horsepower tractors, these wider models have 4″ X 3″ and 5″ X 3″ hi-yield tube frames with tube type gang hangers. The gangs have a 1 1/8″ square hi-strength axles with triple sealed ball bearings. All units have a front to rear leveling system and depth control. Safety chain and mounted tongue jack are standard. The units have 9″ blade spacing with 22″ notched blades standard. Hydraulic cylinders, hoses, and tires are standard equipment.

TW6 Series – 60-160 Horsepower Rating Tufline’s TW6 Series Tandem Wheel Disc are designed for 60 to 160 horsepower tractors. The mainframe is constructed of heavy duty 6″ x 4″ and 4″ x 4″ square tube with tube type gang hangers. The gangs have a 1 1/2″ square high strength gang axles with triple sealed ball bearings. All units have a front to rear leveling system and depth control. The units have 9″ blade spacing with 22″ notched blades standard. Dual wheels are standard. Safety chain and mounted tongue jack are standard. Hydraulic cylinder, hoses, and tires are also standard equipment.
