There are three models in the Jiffy Bale Processor line: the 927, 928 and the 978.

The 927 and the 928 are designed with a round cradle bar capable of handling all types, shapes and sizes of bales (including high moisture bales) up to 72″ long

The length of cut is regulated by the infinite hydraulic cradle rocking speed and insures that there are no gaps in the feeding windrow.

The bale loading forks are fully adjustable and have safety transport pins. An additional set of hugger arms are on the 978 to gently lower the long 8′ bales into the cradle.

Both the 927 and 928 models have an access door opposite the discharge for easy twine removal. All models come standard with a flip up shield for easy shear pin access, constant velocity PTO as well as adjustable hitch and heavy duty clevis and Department of Transportation safety chain.

All models of Jiffy Bale Processor have only 14 bearings on the entire machine. That means less moving parts to wear out! There are no belts to replace, no chains to repair and no expensive hydraulic motors to maintain.

Both the 927 and 928 have a full compliment of options to cover all conditions, including a hydraulic deflector kit to allow deflector movement from the tractor cab. The flexible deflector shield comes standard with a spring assist for easy adjustment and forms excellent windrows or fills feedbunks.

Raise the deflector and spread straw perfectly for bedding. Bedding straw with a Jiffy will save you money in straw usage as well as clean up costs.

Good clean bedding directly relates to less stress and healthier cattle during the cold weather.
