The RGB 1016 and RGB 1020 are RENN’s standard Grain Baggers for loading bags 10’ in diameter. For large operations that need to store higher volumes of dry grain, the RENN RGB 1220 is ideal, allowing you to efficiently load a 12’ diameter grain bag.

The RGB 1016T adds a convenient on-board telescopic swing auger to the proven RENN grain bagging system in a compact, easy to transport machine. A hydraulic folding in-feed auger transforms the RGB 1016T from transport mode to operating mode in seconds. The unique rack and pinion system quickly extends or retracts the telescoping auger placing it under the truck or trailer. The hydraulic ground drive moves the aguer horizontally under the trailer to reach different dump hoppers, minimizing truck movement. The telescopic swing auger, hydraulic ground drive, and bag crane are all conveniently operated from a single remote control. The RGB 1016T fills 10′ bags at up to 18,000 bushels per hour and requires a tractor with just 80 horsepower and 20 gallons-per-minute hydraulic capacity. Once the grain bags have been filled the innovative folding design makes the RGB 1016T easy to maneuver on roads, around bags, and in farm yards or storage sheds.

Blended Layers = Compromise
In a typical 3 layer bag, all of the characteristics of the bag are blended together in three layers. From the outer to the inner layers of the bag, the layers are blends of polymers designed to provide temperature reduction(white), mechanical strength, and sunlight blocking(black). Blended layers result in a trade-off between benefits. Easy to process polymers that are not very tough are blended with tougher polymers that are harder to process, resulting in compromised characteristics such as reduced tear resistance and puncture resistance. To compensate, bags are often produced thicker and stiffer, while not reaching optimal performacne. |
Individual Layers = Optimal Performance
With the AgFlex 7 Layer SmartStructure Technology, each layer of polymer is designed to provide the full benefit of its charcteristics. 7 layers allows each polymer to be added pure, or un-blended, providing dedicated layers for tear resistance, punture resistance, and stiffness to prevent slumping. One polymer is not blended with another. They do not offset one another’s beneficial characeristics. Bags do not have to be made excessively thick or stiff to compensate, resulting in less waste. |
