The SCOTTSDALE grill utilizes an indirect, no-flare-up cooking technique. Its unique design circulates the heat and shields your food from the open flame.
You place the food directly onto the stainless steel cooking grid and close the lid. While it’s cooking, the juices drip down onto the unique designed stainless steel drip pan, which provides sizzle and releases great outdoor smoke flavor that circulates back up, around and into the food. Excess grease is directed into the large collector bucket, eliminating unwanted flavor damaging flare-ups.
What is outstanding about cooking in the SCOTTSDALE is that food with such extraordinary taste can be prepared so easily. Food with no advance preparation will bring excellent results.
